Cogan has a rich history of community spirit. From its beginnings during the industrial revolution, residents of Cogan have come together to support one another. The Cogan Community Neighbourhood Watch programme is here to encourage local residents to come together to find solutions to problems those in the area face.

To join the Neighbourhood Watch scheme you need to live in Cogan and be over the age of 18. Click the Join Us button to begin setting up an account. Once you have you will need to apply to become a member of our Neighbourhood Watch scheme.
